At Moodywear store, we’re committed to providing you with high-quality, made-to-order products. While we do not offer returns or exchanges for every case, we’re here to help if there’s a genuine issue with your order.
Returns & Replacements (If Eligible)
We gladly accept returns or offer replacements only if:
The product arrives damaged, or The size delivered is different from what you ordered
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
The item must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging
You must provide:
Proof of purchase (order receipt or email confirmation)
A clear photo showing the issue
A video of the unboxing
A short description of the problem
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package
After we receive and inspect the item, we will either:
Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
Issue a full refund, based on your preference
No Returns or Exchanges for Wrong Orders
As all our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if:
You changed your mind after placing the order
You ordered the wrong size
(Please double-check your order details and refer to our size chart before placing your order).
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Sale items
Gift cards
Important Notes
Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery
Refunds are not applicable for incorrect customer information leading to order failure.
